Perth Patios by Austin Developments were invited back to a previous client in the leafy suburb of Claremont to help design & restore an ailing alfresco deck built over 20 yrs ago.

The brief: Keep the heritage feel of the house….

By using the existing handrail & balustrade and choosing a blonde hardwood timber the design and task were set. With the use of Silver Ash we were able to breathe new life into this area while maintaining the timeless feel and character of this quaint alfresco.
