Painted Decking

While not as common as natural timber finishes, painted decks can be used as a unique and distinctive design feature.  Painted decking  typically requires more maintenance than natural timber finishes unless it is used in area where traffic and weather exposure is kept to a minimum.

Composite decking has largely replaced painted decking due to its lower maintenance requirements an wide range of colours and textures however painted decks still have their place for colours that are no available in composite or natural timbers.
